Why we built this

Graduating is exciting, and your first role is where it all takes shape. Our program makes sure graduates are supported, not left to figure it all out alone.

The program is paid. Each graduate also receives $20,000 of internal CPD to invest in their learning. Through shadowing, supervision, mentoring and a gradual move into day-to-day practice, you build confidence and capability across community, clinic and telehealth settings. You learn to adapt your therapy for children, adults, families and their support networks.
